The initial delivery was quick, next day infact. I bought 2 laptop hard drives. One was DOA, so filled in RMA online and sent it back. 2 months went by and after a few emails and a phone call the drive eventually showed up and worked. Aria are great at online sales, but their customer care has knocked my confidence in them a bit. Have bought loads of stuff from them before and its all been fine and great. Just this time was a big set back. |

Their TodayOnly Page is no longer comparable with other places in terms of price. Sometimes there might be something on there, but add an extra £7 + VAT for delivery first. Their delivery timings are no longer what they used to be either, they always seem to get the things out a few days after the order, even though they say next day delivery. |
