Az bought 3 DVDs from me. Money arrived on the date specified. Good comms via email, esp. as I sent him an incorrect DVD by mistake. He even returned it 1st Class RD for nowt! Top bloke, would easily deal with again :D |

Bought around £650 worth of kit from Xev and apart from being wrapped in pink foam :wow: and missing an IDE cable it\'s all working as intended and I saved around 15% on the normal retail price. Can\'t go wrong if you buy from this man. Nice one boss :) |

There's a reason why Scupa is the number 1 trader on Hexus. I bought Call of Duty from him and the process was smoother than Kojak's waxed forehead. Excellent price and communications, would deal with again with no hesitation :) |

Bought some DVD's from Crimson. He sent them immediately after receiving the funds and kept me reasonably well informed throughout. He did send one wrong DVD by mistake but trhe situation was swiftly rectified :p Overall, I would definitely deal with him again |

Ordered a wireless bridge from Simply and it was delivered in 3 days. Unfortunately it was 802.11b and not fast enough to stream video so I asked if I could send it back for a refund. Absolutely no quibbles and my refund went through in around 5 days Escellent customer service :) |

Bought a Nostromo Speedpad n52. Price was about right but it took 5 days to arrive despite being in stock on the web. Took 3 working days to arrive after I had been informed via email that it had been sent out. It\'s not the first time I have bought from them and I probably will do again. They just need to sort out their delivery and notification system |

Ordered an e-Pilot multifunction remote control to replace the copious number of remotes in the lounge. It was on special offer and my OneForAll Kameleon didn't work on my amp so I decided to go for it. Ordered on the Friday, delivered by Monday. Even better, the remote works perfectly as a replacement for all the others :D |

Bought a Noiseblocker S2 for my Shuttle to make it a lot quieter. I personally don't like using NoChex and it was my first purchase using it. The transaction was smooth though and the fan was delivered in good time. Only suggestion for improvement would be to accept other payment methods but I appreciate this incurs a cost to the company |

Bought a case from Kustom a good year or so ago. Customer service is brilliant and they\'re never more than a phone call away. Just needs to have bit of an upgrade to the web site to make items easier to find and it would be perfect :) The fact that I\'m a Scotsman and they\'re based in Ayr only makes it better :D |

Purchased a variety of items from Overclockers over the years including a number of fans, thermal pastes and other cooling equipment all in the name of keeping things cool and quiet at the same time. Never had a problem with OCUK and am usually impressed by their pricing. |

Bought a mini USB mouse to use with my laptop as they were doing a special deal on Scan Today. Good price, well packaged and they kept me informed via email of every stage in the process which is rare these days :) |
