At the end of the day he never sent the CDRW and I cancelled the payment, as far as i'm concerned the deal never went through. If darryl wishes to proceed by making a fool of himself then thats upto him. Was interested in a CDRW on behalf of a friend. I asked if he could send it out that day and i would do the bank transfer straight away. The condition was he had to send it that day as my friend needed it it urgent. Darryl failed to post it on that day although promising as agreed, so i cancelled the bank transfer and notified him appropriatly as my friend did not want then as it would arrive too late. At the end of the day darryl failed to honour on his side what was agreed and that was to send the CDEW out on the day agreed otherwise the CDRW was not needed. |
