I bought a stick of Kingston ram from Gavin. Unfortunatley Gavin was sent away on business before he could dispatch the goods. He kept me upto date throughout the deal and as an unexpected gesture of goodwill Gavin gave me a second stick of RAM. Top Bloke would deal with anytime.

Its easier if i just put what i had to write to them My xmas is well and truly spoilt now thanks to you lot! I ordered Samsung PS42V6S 42" Television - COMPLETE WITH GLASS STAND on Saturday 10th and payment was duly taken by yourselves. I paid the delivery surcharge and opted for delivery on Tuesday 13th December, Tuesday came and went. I rang up on wednesday and you promised it would be here. 3pm a citilink van turns up and there is the stand for me in a box that is damaged,ripped and has bits hanging out. I refused delivery. I then contacted Ebuyer again and spoke to John Morris who said he would send out another for delivery. I was checking the tracking number with citylinks website through out the day when i noticed a note on there saying delivery had been attemped and a card put through the door! Nonsense there was 6 of us in the house and no card. So i contacted city link who asked a driver to drop the plasma off on his way home. 8pm arrives and so does he on the 15th of december, i see a box with 42" plasma on and duly sign the drivers paperwork. On further investigation this morning its the wrong model number and you have in fact ssent me the Prima PS-42D8 42" Brushed Aluminium Silver Plasma Television which is a cheaper one. So again i have to ring ebuyer. This time only to be told i have to go through a lengthy rma procedure to return this unit to you, that YOU sent out wrong in the first place. Now i have to find this model some where before xmas in town, so thanks to you the present that i bought for some one is probably not going to appear. I have been buying off you for years as you can see from my invoice record and have recommended you to several other people as well, I am afraid after this i shall no longer be buying from you nor shall i be recommending you.
