Unfortunately I cannot respond to the rating you have given me, so I will respond here. The facts are: 1) You bought a mobo from me in Dec 2007 & left a Trust rating of 5/5, even though you had not tested the mobo. You did not require the receipt as part of the deal. 2) In April 2008, 5 months after the transaction, you informed me the mobo did not work & that you wanted the receipt. 3) In July 2008 you amend the trust rating to 1/5 & warn other users to 'Beware'. 4) If you had informed me of the problem in a reasonable period of time I would have given you a refund, but after 5 months I think I did all I could. The retailer I bought it from would not accept an RMA due the the time that had passed & the mobo had to be RMA'd to ASUS. You do not need the receipt to RMA it to ASUS. 5) I'll let the Users here look at both of our trusts & decide who they should be wary of!
