Dave bought a DVD drive from me and later returned it as he said it did not work propery on his machine (he even took the cover off the drive) and emailed me informing me there was a damaged ribbon cable. When i recieved the DVD drive from david i tested it on my system and the drive seemed to play fine. I took the cover off the drive also and looked at all cables, all seemed fine. Don`t know why it didn`t work on Davids machine, sent david a refund for the ammount i thought he paid. I was a £5 short which i had sent David the Extra £5. But he has already commented on the transaction. |

Purchased a dvd driver from squonk. It took along time for the drive to arrive, and when it did it didn`t work correctly. Took along time (months) for me to get my money back and even then it wasn`t a full refund. He claims he sent the wrong amount back to me in error, but has never delivered on his promise to send me the rest of the money he owes me. After 3 months of waiting I have lost all hope of getting the rest of my money back. All in all this has been a bad experience for me, but it could have been worse, as at least I got some of the money back. |
