Dave was (as always) incredibly friendly and a great trader to deal with. Had no problem with me being awkward about it being Saturday delivery and kept me up to date all along. Bought a case that was incorrectly described. Took nearly a month to get money refunded. They still haven't refunded postage. Almost impossible to get through on phone. emails ignored or not read properly. Wosrt experience I have ever had with an online company's customer services |
