Brilliant dispatch time (1 hour after the order was placed) EDIT: misco still havn't responded to my RMA request as the monitor is faulty, despite me trying to contact them various times!!! I will not be using them again! i would much rather pay more for a different monitor off scan if i had known that this would happen! edit2: Misco have now responded to my contact after trying a few more times and threatening to bring it up with trading standards....... But they are now honoring the RMA :D edit3: finally got a replacement monitor out of them today (had yet more problems getting citylink to pick it up) but the guys i spoke to on the phone were more than happy to help, so i would use misco again, despite having a few niggles..... but i got the replacement ordered last night via the telephone and it turned up today.... so, quite good really :D but yet another company let down by city-link in my area :( |

Bought an external HDD off scan and everything went swimmingly, they dealt with my today only kerfuffle swiftly and dispatched the next day. unfortunatly they were let down yet again by Initial City Link who have the parcel down as failed delivery - carded, even though 2 of us were in all day and the dog never made a sound and there is no card... (typical city link then eh?) but this is no fault of scans own it's down to city link being lazy again!! so in summary - scan are brilliant, city link... not even close to being acceptable!! (but we all knew that anyway. right?):P |
