I have used Tekheads for as long as they have been in business. Recently I purchased about £800 worth of kit from them. The service and support has always been first rate. I\'d rather pay a couple of pounds more and buy from Tekheads knowing I would get a fast response if there was a problem. |

I had been trying to order a couple of fans from Extremecooling.co.uk since 1st of July, I never got my conformation E-mail, so mailed them, they said that there was not any record of my order, even though I had an order number. Then I tried to re order, Extremecooling.co.uk had gone, so I looked at Tekheads and they had a Free Del option now, so I placed my order, recieved this mail this morning. 5th July Dear Customer, We have noticed that over the weekend a vast number of orders were placed, yours included, which had \'Free Delivery (2-3 Days)\' selected as the shipping method. Unfortunately this was due to a software error our end - sadly we cannot honour \'Free Delivery\' for your order. It would be much appreciated if you could email back with your name and order number and preferred method of shipping, so we can alter your order and get it out of the door for you. If you wish to cancel your order, this will be understandable. Again we request that you email your name and order number to us so we can cancel your order. Apologies for any problems caused. Not very happy with Tekheads at the moment, all I want is a couple of fans and it\'s been days of messing around and still no fans |

amazingly fast and efficient. Sam and Vini are both very friendly and competent, my order was placed at 4.30pm and it arrived this morning at 1030am. can\'t see myself using anyone else for the near future. |

Been a regular customer of Tekheads for over a year now. In that time, I've had nothing but great service from them. Only had cause to RMA once and that was a faulty Shuttle. Tekheads collected the unit (rather than me having to pay for it's return) and a new one was delivered with two days. Friendly, helpful and reliable. Their prices may not be the cheapest but it's worth the few extra pounds, because I get what I order and I get awesome customer service. |

:D I bought a B-grade Shuttle off them, it stated it had the mobo replaced (DOA return?). When I recieved it there were some parts missing, nothing hugely important. I contacted them via email and recieved a rapid response apologising and managed to scrape together the parts for me (even offered to order some from Shuttle). They did this even though it was probably the cust who returned ;) the DOA who had neglected to return all the parts. Not only that but they sent it all to me at no cost to myself next day! Top class service, and not just this one time either. ;) BTW I made no mention of forums or feedback! |

Orderd an 9700pro from them, came very badly packed, the box was crushed, and the card was dead...the RMA was fast though. Also orderd fans from them before, and grills that came with screws, again, due to poor packaging and the fact the post man pushed it through my letter box, 3 of the 8 screws was missing.:wow: I would order again though, because part of the blame is down to the fact the ATI packaging of there cards isnt good enough, Geforce cards came in big boxes with alot of protection, the ATI came in a anti static bag just loose in a box :drunk: |

Custome service is second to none, they even collected the faulty shuttle from me and offered to build the next shuttle if I sent the parts to them. Been using them for 3/4 years now and never had a problem. |

Certainly above average and they do some marvelous deals (if you can catch them). P&P is a bit pricey but in line with the majority of suppliers. Delivery is slow as it seems to take them a few days to actually process your order (delivery is supposedly next day). If you want your goods before the weekend order MOnday or Tuesday. Other than that they are excellent. |

I have bought various stuff from Tekheads, ranging from Hard Drives to Keyboards, and have always had very good service from them. Prices tend to be quite expensive (Especially with p & p added on), but there are some [i]very[/i] good deals in the 'Lucky Dip'. Managed to get a DVD drive for £18.99 including postage :p! |

Ive bought several items from Tekheads, all came well packed and most of the time were delivered on time by there courier which is city link. The courier messed me around on my first order from them. To be honest i was given my next order free delivery which made up for the problem. If you want a chat with someone helpful drop Vini a line his door is always open. They stock a good range of products at good prices but some items can be bought for a better price elsewhere. Like ive said before though its worth spending a little extra for friendly service on the end of the phone. |

I've used Tekheads a few times but I am always put off by the expensive delivery prices. Competitive prices but products can usually be found cheaper elsewhere. ::/ |
