Bought two WD EADS (advanced format) drives and found they were incompatable with my OS. Obtained an RMA code - returned them in person to their CS department - open on a Sunday, and received a full refund within 4 days. Excellent service. |

[u][b]Cheapness is not a good enough reason to use this appalling company[/b][/u] I bought a heat sink / cooling fan from them which turned out to be faulty, but I found it impossible to make any contact at all with Novatech. They seem to have deliberately put obstacles in the way of all communication. This is the only time I have ever given up on trying to get help, simply written off the loss and bought a replacement part elsewhere. It is also impossible to stop their spam. Novatech will send you junk emails almost every day, so I had to block all messages from them. They send out unsolicited snail-mail catalogues too, which go straight in the recycling bin. |

Bought my Antec 1200 off Nova, they had the best price at the time and the best next day delivery at 2.99 on a 15kg case! OcUK had this case at 120 and they had it at 111.14 so bargain. Pity eBuyer had no stock but I really needed a case after weeks of my cardboard testbed gathering dust and Nova helped me :D |

Bought a BFG 8800GTS 512MB edition at the time when they were very rare (December 07), ordered 5pm and the card came next day, this was on free delivery as well. Was sent as it's box so it got a bit of a batter but it wasn't that bad. |

My first order with Novatech. I ordered a 2900gt card for a bargain £48 delivered. Next day delivery is amongst the best at £2.49 parcelforce. Had two emails, one to confirm order and another dispacth notice with tracking info. Very efficient and the new website layout is very good. Definitely recommended. |

Novatech seem to have spent some time upgrading both their website and stock control system. You can order stuff to pick up in person in their stores and it's about time that that West London area (Reading) had a decent place to buy parts on weekends. Very good experience and would definitely use them again, especially on Sundays where I can pop down to their Reading store. |

I bought an Antec Nine Hundred case of novatech using there next day delivery service which was free at the time and the overall price was very competitive. Upon arrival the case had a crack in the side panel. I contacted there slaes support and they picked it up via courier the next working day and two days later I had my new case very efficient. My only gripe is maybe they should pack there items better to avoid damage in trnasit |

Terrible customer service and product, over 16 months the laptop had to go back 10 times and the second to last time it took two months to get back to me. after this it worked for a day and stopped working so i had to send it back again. after several weeks i was offered a choice of two replacement laptops neither of which had equal graphics performance as the original one despite the fact that i had purchased a two year care pack. avoid at all costs |

As of this writing, Novatech's rating here at Hexus is above average. I would not describe my service experience with them as such! Their website is easy to navigate, their prices aren't the best but neither are they expensive, and - perhaps most importantly - in the past I have had to return a couple of things to them, and their support staff were very helpful. RMA's were posted, couriers arrived when specified, and items were refunded or replaced in reasonable time. The only other quibble I have is that they still insist on using polystyrene to pad items. Not that this doesn't do the job, but plastic air bags are preferable and much more environmentally friendly. I give pricing and products a 3 only because of the literally average prices, the products they stock - on the other hand - are fine. Recommended. |

Ordered and received OK, but did not work. First clkass live online tech support, got RMA immediately and card was collected 2 days later. Full refund received 3 days later. Shame about the card, but first class service ! |

Bought a CPU and paid extra for next day delivery. Found out 2 days later that the delivery service they use class where i live as an outlying area OCUK SCAN and Tekheads all manage next day to here. I emaled them to compalain about paying for next day delivery when i dont get it and they totally ignored me. I got the parcel today and it was just in a courier bag with no other protection so needless to say the box is all bashed up. All in all a poor experience i wont be rushing back. Slight edit I complained about delivery time and they refunded the full delivery charge so they have good customer service if a little slow. So my only real gripe was with the courier they use and the poor packaging |

I usually buy in operson at the shop - good helpful staff and fast service. Prices OK, about average. Bought a USR wirelesds acesspoint that died. Sent it back to USR as per their instructions, who sent the treplacement back to Novatech. They then sent it on to me by post aty no charge, even though I had bought it in person from them. Also had an iffy ADSL router from them. They suggested a software upgrade, but I declined and got a full refund. No problems with ciustomer service or the goods. |

Buy stuff from them quite regularly as they are near buy. Stock levels are some times not too good but they are friendly in shop and happy to help No problems on 3 returns I have had with them either! Nice friendly company |

Ok first things first I was defending them in a resent thread… I’m sorry I take it all back! Novatech are not on my Christmas card list. My friend who I don’t have contact with anymore purchased a FX5600 graphics card. 10 months ago, about 3 moths ago she sold It to me and it died after a month. I RMA’ed this on the 9th Aug. I called them every week and they just fobbed me off… Last week I called them, I got this real nice chap, he said “yeah sorry mate I think it must have gone missing or can’t be fixed, I will send you the next model up today� I thought this was fantastic and agreed! Yesterday I rung them up and asked where it was, as it had been 7 days…. they said they had no record of the conversation and that was not the case, there was a note stuck on my account saying I could have up to the value of £120… I was peeded of but this sounded good to me as I don’t need a gcard of high spec, so the $ signs rang and I started rubbing my hands… the deal was I ring back when I have chosen my goods from the website. I ring back in the afternoon, I get some nasty nasty women, who tells me that I’m a liar in a roundabout way! And that I could only have a lesser spec FX5600 that they had in stock, I asked her to check and was then put on hold for 30mins I hung up in a rage at having to wait so damn long! I ring back today and was told I’m defiantly not allowed a refund as it was purchased in someone else’s name. I can choose any graphics card, it must not exceed the £120 which ruled out all the 9800 rad’s and if it was less than £120 I was not allowed the difference in any shape or form! I was not allowed to add any money onto the card as well. I took a SAPPHIRE 9600XT 256MB in the end as this one was closed to the £120 mark! I guess I have done ok in getting a new gcard, which must be better than my fx5600 (I hope!) but what a joke! I’m gonna have a moan! Anyone know who the head guys are!
