No sooner than a few minutes after clicking confirm on my order I received a call from Kustom PCs to confirm the details for one of the items as they stocked multiple types. The staff on the phone were very friendly and generally pleasant to speak with. I selected the cheapest delivery option to cut down on costs as I had over-spent a little on the items, even with this selected my items all arrived the next working day! This service was beyond my expectations and I will definitely continue to send my business their way.

They arrived very quickly nice and packaged. There was a problem with one of the items not the same colour as the item image was showing, I emailed Graeme and he responded quickly, he changed the picture to represent how the current item looked and also allowed me to send it back for a refund if I wasn't pleased with it. The fantastic customer service that I hear about Kustom PC's certainly seems to be there. Great guy and shop to buy from.

Some very hard to find stuff they stock and their prices are reasonable but not great. You pay for the service and range of products. RMA is exceptional.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The service has been exceptionally good. Once when a courier lost a package they sent me a repalcement quickly and without quibbling. I will use them again without hesitation.

They initially sent me the wrong cables but I emailed them about it and they sent me out a new set the same day along with a free can of energy drink to say sorry for the mixup. Very friendly to deal with, will definitely order from them again.

Issues were resolved and they let me reserve a couple of items to ensure the rest of my order didn't go out of stock. Arrived next day with updates all the way. Highly recommended to all - service is second to none!!! :cool:

I was always updated of the status of the window mod, they replied to emails within the hour, and it arrived the exact day they estimated. The case looks fantastic and I am extremely pleased. Strongly recommended :)

I was kept informed and I received the purchase quickly and in very good condition. They also made it very easy and convenient to have my purchase delivered to my work address - that alone means that I am very likely to buy more hardware from them. Prices on some of their range seem to be a little high but I would rather pay the extra if I continue to get the customer service that I have so far.

Would definately recommend! :) Would also say their RMA are by far the best... fast e-mail replies (usually less than an hour) and fast service nevertheless.

Rubbish.
Clunk Sept. 13, 2006, 4:37 p.m.	Category Miscellaneous	Pricing Buy again Shipping Customer Service	From start to finish, this was a monumental cock up on Kustom's part, and they refuse to accept any blame. I bought a case, and decided to have a couple of holes cut, made sure they knew what the holes were for (thermochill pa120.3), they said they had the correct template. the case arrived and the holes were slightly out, only by a couple of mm, but enough to make them not line up with the rad or the grill, not only that, but there was a short but deep scratch on the top near the front and another scratch close to where the holes had been cut, there is also a large series of scratches inside the case. its taken them a week to get back to me, just to say... "I've talked it over with our modder and since we made the cuts to the specifications of the template we do not accept liability for any fault. As a gesture, we would be willing to redrill the holes to allow the radiator to fit, if you would send your case ( or top lid, which ever you prefer ), rad and grill to us. We will not cover postage costs. The cheapest option that I know of, is if we were to arrange a pickup and re-delivery via Interlink express, which is around £15 for pickup and the usual £7.80 for return postage. While i am reporting this experience, i would like to mention the fact that they flatly refuse to give out their phone number or even phone the customer. they insist on "only conversing via email and shopfront", which would be fine if they answered emails in a timely fashion, and answered them with relevant info. one email took from wednesday to tuesday to reply and then a week to let me know about the poor work they did on the case. I have always liked Kustom because of their customer service in the past. Even though they were more expensive than most places, the service was good. Unfortunately, the service is now dire, to the point that i will not use them again, the next time they hear from me will be with advice taken from trading standards.

Had the choice of buying from Kustom PCs or Overclockers. Easy choice really. Good, helpful pre-sales advice from Graeme regarding stock levels and like he said he would, he emailed me to let me know when the new stock arrived. Ordered in the evening and the goods were shipped out to me the next morning, with an email to confirm. A good point about the couriers they use - InterLink - is that you can track each stage of the delivery process. You see what time it gets picked up, when it arrives at the airport, when it arrives at the depot etc. Can't think of a better internet retailer that Kustom PCs in terms of the efficient, friendly and personalised service that they offer.
