Insight are a very good company but are not interested in the home consumer market. They are really head-to-head with DABS in this area, both are very competitive when dealing with B2B sales. Delivery and pre-sales with Insight are excellent on B2B. Their prices are not the cheapest, but for reliability and flexibility they are second to none. Dleivery prices are also at a premium, not an issue on B2B quantities, but a lot for the home user. If you ask Insight to deliver, they will. RMAs are about average, definitely not poor service, sometimes there are manufacturer delays. I've had RMAs and stock issues with them as a consumer, but never a problem on B2B. Ebuyer stole ground on the consumer front - but OMG, read about my comments on that company! The website is shocking though! |

Was forced to use them when making a pc at work. Couldn\'t find the things i wanted - confusing layout, incorrect or confusing descriptions. Took ages to arrive. That pc is now my nemesis. Good job I am not the one using it. |

Another firm I have shopped with for years (back in the days before they were even choice they were express micro) now the largest kid on the block some of the prices you get from thier buying power are very good. The RMA service could be better but thats mostly down to how impersonal it is coz of the size of the place. |

Bought and IBM Thinkpad R31 from insight, £557 for this lovley little toy, arrived promptly, had some issues paying but that was down to me only having solo (had to nag the mother for her cc :D). All in all, quite happy with them. No laptop in the product options :) |

I've ordered twice from Insight - once for software and once for an Abit Media XP pro . Buying the software was fine, but when I ordered the mediaXP pro they sent the standard version instead. I emailed and complained, and another one turned up at my door the next morning. Only problem was that it was also the standard one. I rang up and was told that was the last one in stock, and that they were very sorry. I asked what they wanted me to do with the two I now had, and they said to make up for the inconvenience I should just keep them, and they would refund my money! After this I'd definitely order from them again - any company can make a mistake, but companies that make up for it like this are rare! |

I used Insight whilst working for a large company. Website is very poor and searching for what you want is virtually impossible. Although they list a lot of products, there\'s no information given on most and they are rarely in stock. The worst part was when we needed some RAM. They didn\'t have any in stock so they stole some RAM out of someone else\'s order! After that, I decided that using Insight for personal use probably wasn\'t a good idea. |
