Bought the laptop oct 14. Keyboard needed to be replaced on day 1. 9 months later the screen developed a fault. sent off for repair - once I got hold of tech support. took 4 weeks to get a replacement screen - I had to chase up the status of the repair as communication is lacking. Laptop returned with an inferior screen. Sent back to be replaced, only to be returned with 2 chips, a dead pixel and a grey patch on the screen. That got replaced with an inferior screen. After much chasing - im sure they were screening my phone number!! Finally got told that it wasnt their fault that the repair company used an inferior screen. Offered a new laptop which i refused so finally got a part refund. This has to have been THE worst experience I've had. Terrible build quality. Appalling customer service. Stay well clear!
