I bought a 2TB WD HDD 18 months ago from eBuyer. Recently it started to fail, so I thought: no problem, I'll RMA it. Turns out it was imported from the US so I can't return it to WD directly (although warranty expires in 2013). So I thought: no problem, this happened to me with Scan a year or so ago, and they replaced the drive themselves; I'll just phone up eBuyer. No such luck, eBuyer don't want to know. Last time I'm buying a HDD from them - beware of them selling you drives from overseas and leaving you high and dry when it fails. |

Ordered an LCD monitor for work which was on special and paid £10 extra for next day delivery which was available until 10pm that Wednesday evening. Order placed and completed by 5:15pm. Next day the monitor had not arrived, checked site to find it still picking the item I had paid to be delivered that day... After phoning customer service I was told that the item was unable to be delivered next day which I was alerted too and should be delivered the following week. I had clearly not been notified of this and wouldn't of paid £10 for next day delivery if that was the case; later found out that a tiny exclamation mark next to an item in your basket was this "alert" they spoke of and they refused to refund the next day delivery I paid for and had not received. BEWARE OF ANY LITTLE ICON IN YOUR BASKET, IT COULD MEAN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED. |

Bought a case/CPU/mobo/RAM form ebuyer & used the free delivery, stuff was delived 2 days before the expected delivery date that was provided. Everytihng well packaged & in good order :) Phone staff were very helpful when I rang them to query something, UK call centre which was nice! |

I bought most of my HTPC from ebuyer, great prices and they had all the parts I wanted in stock. Delivery was very quick. I had some problems with the keyboard I ordered but this was completely resolved without fuss by the CS staff. I had heard bad things about eBuyer but I've found these stories to be completely untrue. :) |

Bought the 1TB hard drive that was on offer. Even though it's a Hitachi which doesn't have alot of backing by hexus users, they've always been fine hard drives for me. Anyway it came via UPS the next day (on super saver 5 day delivery ;) ) which means it was probably via the 'virtual warehouse' but me as a customer, I don't really care as long as my bits get to me on time and are in stock. Anyway it came well packaged and was in a box walled with the air bubble packs. |

Fantastic price on LG M228WDP and bracket, using free super save delivery they dispatch on the 23rd although they said 24th (I was thinking why, its always next day) but it arrived on the 24th, fantastic service as usual. In time for christmas. |

I ordered a couple of bits on a Friday morning and paid for Saturday delivery. Saturday evening came around with no delivery so I checked their website and was shocked to see that the order was still in picking. I called on Monday to find out what was going on and was promised that both items would be with me on the Tuesday, however I then received a mail on Tuesday telling me that they'd been further delayed. I'll certainly not be using them again, and would advise that anyone considering using them puts some serious consideration into shopping around.:mad: |

My P5K-E went sploop again (2nd repair) so I RMA'ed it with eBuyers easy procedure and they picked it up next day, gave me the diagnostic results 2 days later (1 day for the pickup, and the next for the testing) and it was faulty! So anyway I decided I would prefer another motherboard as this one kept giving up on me every 5 months down the line so I tried to change it for a new one. Seems eBuyer were tooo quick for me this time and the new board was here the next day. I decided to refuse delivery and get it exchanged + pay the difference and they accepted that without a fuss! They are so bloody brilliant it makes you smile --> :D So new mobo here and I'm going to get installing it :) Thanks alot again. |

Bought a Seagate HDD off eBuyer about 9 months ago, it failed on me recently so I raised an RMA with them. The item was out of stock so they decided to give me a full refund on it. Paid £70 for the 250GB WD Drive and now a drive of that capacity is around £35 so I went and got a 500GB Spinpoint. Excellent service eBuyer. |
