This is what makes the ASUS card stand out. We were happy with NVIDIA being able to run its top-of-the-line single-GPU card at 80ºC under load, but ASUS manages to lower GPU temperature dramatically. The extra-thick cooler produced an in-game temperature reading of just 63ºC, a reduction of over 20 per cent.
