We like this game a lot. Keeping things comparable, NVIDIA-specific features such as the Bokeh filter and GPU water rendering are turned off.
The previous champ, Radeon HD 5970, is summarily dismissed from its top-dog position.

Radeon HD 6990 OC is 44 per cent faster than Hemlock, while the lead over NVIDIA's fastest (current) graphics card is some 70 per cent.
But there's not a whole heap of difference in the dual-GPU HD 6990's performance when run in either BIOS-flicked state.
