Benchmarks: IGP - Part One
The GPU contained inside the A10-6800K is a marginally faster version than on the A10-5800K it replaces. Our benchmarks show that the overall score is some six per cent better, with the faster CPU and GPU combining to reasonable effect.
More of the same in 3DMark 11. AMD's £110 chip is almost 3x as fast as Intel's.
A10-6800K leads the pack again in the latest version of the benchmark. The gains over last-generation A10-5800K aren't remarkable... but that's what happens when the newer chip is, for all intents and purposes, a faster-clocked model. It really should have been called the A10-5900K, shouldn't it?
