Flippin' gorgeous

Looking back at 2009 with a hint of nostalgia shows that few products made us sit up and go 'wow'. The one product imbued with a healthy dose of the 'X' factor was the Thermaltake Level 10.With a visage quite unlike any other, it set our geeky hearts a-flutter.

And it's pretty easy to see why, right?

The American gaming system builder iBUYPOWER has seen the merit in the design and claims it is the only S.I. to offer the Level 10 chassis in its line-up.

Conveniently called the iBUYPOWER Level 10, it starts at $2,499, which includes an Intel Core i7 920; 6GB DDR3 RAM; GeForce GTX 285 2GB (Radeon HD 5870 is a $60 upgrade; Radeon HD 5850 a $100 discount); ASUS P6T motherboard; 700W PSU; and 128GB Kingston SSDNow V-series boot drive backed up by a 1TB spindle-based hard drive.

You'll need to supply a monitor and have to wait until December 21st for despatch, but it has the makings of an über Christmas present. Shame they only ship to the States and Canada, though.

Damn that is SEXY!!
Am I the only person in the world who thinks that case looks idiotic? All they've done is whack boxes around components and stuck it to a vertical bit of metal.

I think it's damn sweet! Only setbacks are obvs the price and setting the damn thing up haha
I want to see the thermal performance of a std system in one of these jobbies.
