Corsair is following up last year's RGB peripherals launch at Gamescom with a new 'gaming arsenal' of keyboards, mice and headsets. As you may have read earlier Corsair has secured worldwide exclusivity of the new Cherry MX RGB Silent keyswitches and has deployed them in one of its new gaming keyboards announced today. In tandem with its hardware launches Corsair has updated and enhanced the Corsair Utility Engine (CUE) software to enable more lighting effects like cascading rainbows and dynamic ripples across its RGB products.
STRAFE RGB Silent and STRAFE RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboards
These two mechanical RGB lit keyboards differ only, as you will have guessed, in one of the models sporting the new Cherry MX silent keyswitches. As mentioned earlier the silent keys are available in MX Red or MX Black profiles. If you are not bothered about stealthy gaming you can opt for the plain vanilla STRAFE RGB and choose between MX Red and MX Brown profile keys.
Both Corsair STRAFE RGB keyboards offer customisable, programmable backlighting with 16.8 million colours. Macros can also be programmed. For advanced lighting and macro programming you will use the new CUE software.

SCIMITAR RGB – Advanced MOBA/MMO Gaming Mouse

VOID Wireless, USB, and Analogue Gaming Headsets
Corsair is marketing the VOID gaming headsets in a choice of wireless, USB, or analog stereo models. The USB and wireless models incorporate customisable RGB lighting, InfoMic status LEDs and a CUE Control dial, so users can control their gaming soundscape without a pause. These models also feature computer controlled EQ, and Dolby 7.1 surround.
The VOID Stereo analogue headsets, while lacking some of the aforementioned snazzy features, offer a universal stereo solution and can be plugged into any regular consumer audio sockets on computers, consoles and mobile devices.
