PRESS RELEASE

Award-winning technology manufacturer demonstrates lucrative 5 colour capabilities of Pro Series printers at world’s largest graphic and industrial print trade show

Egham, 11 May 2016 – OKI Europe Ltd is demonstrating the revolutionary 5 colour printing capabilities of its Pro9541 and Pro9542 printers at drupa 2016, held from 31 May to 10 June in Düsseldorf, Germany.

“These pioneering printers unlock incredible new opportunities for graphic arts businesses,” said Guy Boxall, Senior Product Marketing Manager, OKI Europe Ltd. “As affordable solutions using award-winning, creative technology, they empower more businesses to produce outstanding print quality on a wide range of non-standard materials including coloured and transparent media. OKI’s 5 colour devices take printing beyond CMYK, challenging traditional print processes, while offering a highly lucrative revenue stream for creative businesses and print shops. We are really looking forward to showing prospective customers, resellers and the media attending drupa 2016 just what they can do with OKI’s 5 colour printers.”

At the OKI Europe stand (Hall 5, Stand B21), live demonstrations will showcase the professional, High Definition print quality that the Pro9541 and Pro9542 produce on business cards, certificates, textiles, window display materials and clear labels.

Featuring multi-award winning 5 colour technology[1] both printers combine High Definition digital LED with award winning 5 colour (CMYK+1) technology, offering an affordable level of performance traditionally only achievable with expensive production equipment.

“As the world’s largest graphic and industrial print show, drupa 2016 is the perfect platform for OKI Europe to showcase our range of ground-breaking printers and solutions designed to expand opportunities for the graphic arts market. I am certain visitors are going to be really thrilled by the quality, speed and consistency of the results,” added Pamela Ghosal, General Manager Brand and Marketing Communications, OKI Europe Ltd.

As the world’s largest trade fair for innovative print and cross-media solutions, drupa 2016 will host 1,500 exhibitors and will be attended by hundreds of thousands of visitors and experts.
