PRESS RELEASE

A quality monitor is an integral part of a gamer’s experience. 144Hz monitors update their display 144 times per second, creating crisp/smooth motion that enthusiast gamers crave. Last month PCPer discovered that the GeForce 980 Ti demonstrated much higher power consumption when connected to a 144Hz display.

We dug into it ourselves and confirmed that the Fury X has no such behavior, drawing 37% less power than the GeForce 980 Ti.

Once again, the Fury X with HBM proves to have some pretty incredible power efficiency, regardless of the monitor. Our competition can’t say the same, and those costs add up for consumers at the end of the year!
