It looks like bundling season is upon us. Both AMD and Nvidia have kicked off new games bundle promotions; with AMD bundle qualififcation is dependent upon the purchase of an FX processor, with Nvidia you have to buy a modern GTX graphics card or laptop.

AMD Deus Ex: Mankind Divided bundle

AMD is bundling one of the hottest and most highly anticipated new games for PCs. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided only became available yesterday and AMD is giving it away for free with certain processor purchases. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided currently retails for £39.99 on Steam.

The AMD promotion began yesterday with the launch of the new Deus Ex game. Simply put, to qualify for the free game download code you have to buy a new 6- or 8-core AMD FX processor. The offer ends on the 14th November or when the supply of key codes is exhausted, whichever comes sooner. As usual you must buy your AMD product from an eligible retailer or system integrator. Read more on the official AMD promo page.

Nvidia Paragon Game Ready pack

Nvidia has launched its Paragon Game Ready pack. The bundle has a claimed $115 value in-game. Inside the pack you receive coins, challenges, and skins to help you make the most of this MOBA. See below for the exact Paragon Game Ready pack components.

Nvidia's bundle is live now. Qualifying products centre around the new GeForce GTX 1000 Series but not exclusively with that product range. GeForce GTX 1080, 1070, 1060, 980 Ti, 980, 970 or GeForce GTX 10-series laptops from an eligible retailer or system integrator qualify for the Paragon bundle.

The promotion will end on 19th September or whenever the free codes run out, whichever is sooner.

In both cases I'd rather have a cheaper base product….

lol buy an AMD CPU.

lol buy an AMD CPU.
Well, it is a sponsored game and of course runs on AMD CPUs on both the PS4 and Xbox One.
Is well threaded and scales fairly well. And runs okay on the 8 core AMD CPUs tested here:

Intel i3s are not a great match as it seems 2C/4T is not enough. Would be worried about stuttering on the i3s too.
I wish AMD had this offer of Deus Ex with their graphics cards, since that would have made the 480 a very tempting proposition for me. Nice of them to offer it at all, of course, but I'm not as interested in their CPU's right now. Again, maybe if it was Zen…
