Introduction and specs

Tuniq, a small division of Sunbeam Tech, has seen its UK popularity and credibility rise along with the sales of the well-respected Tuniq 120 cooler and now hopes to become accepted here as a maker of PC system cases.

We rarely get hands-on with products that aren't already scheduled to come to the UK market so, naturally, we were eager to take up the company's offer to look at the system case that it wants to bring over here to establish a bridgehead and for which it's seeking distributors.

As you might have guessed, the Tuniq 3 is the company's third PC chassis (Foxconn could learn a lot about product names from Tuniq!). In the USA, it's available at the mammoth e-tailer Newegg.com for $US70 but we'd expect it to retail in the UK for around Ā£45-50 should a distributor be found.

Variants of the Tuniq 3 are available in different colour schemes. There's the silver version reviewed here, plus black and silver models with a black insert round their front bezels. Each is available with or without a side window.
