Can you feel the chill in the air and the nights beginning to close in? Autumn is coming. That usually spells good news for the gaming industry as people cosy up to consoles and PCs.

There's no shortage of choice when it comes to picking a fistful of quality games to play this winter. I want to play Deus X: Mankind Divided. The Last Guardian looks awesome. Battlefield 1 is on the radar. There's the usual November reboot of Call of Duty, while Titan Fall 2, Gears of War 4 and Dishonored 2 will all get a look-in this side of Christmas.

What about you, which games are you looking forward to playing in the near future, and is there any that you wish would just hurry up and be available this year rather than next?

Probably Cyberpunk 2077 and Skywind. My copy of Trails of Cold Steel chapter two should be appearing also. Guess I like my RPGs.

Not really bothered by the usual releases, they do little for me.

Maybe Sonic Mania given its pedigree.
Nothing saving up for new Killer Video Card
Think I'm gonna wait for the PC version of Trails of Cold Steel. Should happen considering the fanbase the series already has on PC. Same for Berseria. But I doubt the new Ys is getting a PC release any time soon, so I'm buying that one for PSVita.
Definitely gonna play BF1 and Dishonored 2, but not interested in CoD, Titan Fall or Gears of War at all.
Gunbuster

ditto on Cyberpunk :)

And only other one i can come with is Dishonered 2.
Short term, WoW: Legion and BF1. But also not both of those games as I know I will lose hundreds of hours to them between now and christmas…Then Bioshock and Skyrim re-releases - I missed both of them on their initial releases as I was exclusively playing CS:Source and WoW at the time, so looking forward to giving them a go on their relaunch!

Also really looking forward to Star Trek Bridge command when it comes out for the rift, looks like one of the best VR games of the year if the gameplay is up to the videos :)
